Malaysian airport operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd is planning to raise as much as 400 million ringgit (US$120.6 million) from a share placement, according to a term sheet obtained by Reuters on Mar. 11.
The company is offering 85.15 million existing shares, or 7.7 percent of its issued share capital, at 4.60 ringgit to 4.70 ringgit each via a bookbuilding process, the term sheet showed.
CIMB and JPMorgan are joint bookrunners in the placement exercise.
