Beijing Sihuan Jianhua Sign Factory was established in May 1997. The type of enterprise is urban collective ownership(share cooperation). It provides domestic airlines and aircraft maintenance plant users with the development and production services of internal and external nameplates, signage and logos. It is also aimed at domestic undertaking the internal logo and advertising advertising business of train trains and urban light rail trains, and undertaking road traffic signs and road signage customizations.
The factory area is located 15 kilometers southeast of the Capital International Airport. The factory area covers an area of 13333.33 M2 and the total area of houses is 3600 M2. The organization of the factory is perfect, the production equipment and infrastructure are perfect, and the employees are skilled in business. The factory has six functional management departments(technical department, quality control department, asset personnel department, sales department, confidential supervision department, finance department) and three production workshops(engraving and typesetting workshop, production workshop, cutting workshop). The factory established a complete quality assurance system and production process management system in accordance with the regulations of CCAR-21 of the Civil Aviation Regulations of China, the production approval and supervision procedures AP-21-AA-2010-04R4 quality management system requirements, and obtained the "parts manufacturer approval letter." The quality management system has passed the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system certification. The factory quality system under the guidance of the "Quality Manual" and its program documents has formed a strong technical support ability and quality control ability.
After more than 20 years of development and improvement, my factory has a stable market base and a good reserve of resources, advanced production equipment, a good production environment and mature production management mechanism, with strong production capacity. Our factory is the original production plant of domestic C919, ARJ21 series aircraft signs, exclusively undertake the above military aircraft, passenger aircraft logo production tasks. It has established long-term and stable cooperation with several airlines and aircraft maintenance plants such as Air China, Hainan Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, and Hong Kong Airlines. It is the main supplier of aircraft signs for the above-mentioned companies. At present, "SHJH" is already a well-known brand in the domestic production aircraft logo industry. My factory has also grown into a large-scale and influential company in the industry.
