Beijing Andawell Science & Technology Co., Ltd., as the HQ, comprises the following departments: Electron Maintenance Enterprise, the Marketing Management Department, the Human Resource Department, the Finance Department, the Procurement Department, and the Information System Development Department. The Company has also invested in and established Beijing Andawell Mechanical Maintenance Co., Ltd., Beijing Andawell Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Andawell Aero-equipment Co., Ltd. as its subsidiaries.

Andawell is mainly engaged in the field of aviation technologies. The Company is capable of providing comprehensive aviation services to its customers, including aviation part maintenance, R&D for test equipments and aviation products, aviation spare parts trade, in addition to the installation and refitting for plane-mounted devices.

Andawell currently has a working area of over 3000 m2. Meanwhile, the Company is constructing a 30 mu industrial park adjacent to the Beijing Capital Airport, whose location facilitates fast and convenient services to customers of the Company.

With its good enterprise culture, Andawell has attracted and cultivated a management and technical team with great expertise, abundant experiences, and devotion to work. Andawell now boasts over 120 employees, of which 70\% have bachelor’s degrees or above, ad 80\% of then are technical staff. The Company emphasizes the training of skills relevant to the employee's post, and has been providing various training to its employees including airworthiness training, post training, basic professional knowledge training, OEM technique training, Master of Engineering degree training, qualification certificate training and MBA degree training.
